Payment must be completed using the available payment methods shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment must be made to the courier or authorised delivery personnel upon delivery.
5. Delivery
We will process and ship orders to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Delivery time may vary depending on courier service, location, public holidays, weather, operational delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal to accept parcel or absence of recipient.
6. Returns, Refunds and Replacement
Refunds, returns or replacements may be considered only if the wrong item was sent, the item was damaged during delivery, the item received is defective, or the parcel was lost by the courier subject to courier confirmation.
To request a return, refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days from the date you receive the item.
You may be required to provide proof such as order number, photos, unboxing video, parcel label and product condition.
We reserve the right to reject any request if the product has been opened, used, damaged after delivery, reported late, proof is incomplete, or the issue was caused by misuse, improper storage or customer handling.
Shipping fees, COD charges or payment processing fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us or required by law.
7. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discount codes, free gifts, bundles and special offers are subject to availability and may come with specific terms.
